Shichi-go-san – Children’s Special Blessing

The Northern California Koyasan Temple will hold its annual Shichi-Go-San Ceremony and Children’s Special Blessing Service at the temple on:

Sunday, November 23, 2025, at 1:30 p.m.

All children are invited to participate in either the Shichi-Go-San Ceremony or Children’s Special Blessing Service. Following the service, the Chitose Ame (thousand-year candy) and an omamori will be presented to each participating child.

The registration fee is $35.00 per child for members and $40.00 per child for nonmembers.

Please submit your order at least one week before the service. The deadline is November 17, 2024

Two ways to register:

1. Traditional Method: Complete the 2025 Shichi-Go-San and Children’s Special Blessing Service Application Form and mail or email to NC Koyasan Temple no later than Thursday, November 20, 2025.

Payment can be made by check or electronically by PayPal or Venmo on the temple’s website. Please refer to the application form for further details.

2. Online: You can also fill out the application form and pay completely online using the link below (or the QR code at the bottom of the paper form).
