If you wish to pay by cash or check, physical forms are available at the temple, or you can download the PDF Form Here and mail it to the Koyasan with your check.

You can register for multiple children by increasing the quantity selector next to the “Add to Cart” button below the form.

Description

Shichi-Go-San, 七五三, is a special annual service that prays for the healthy growth and long life of boys ages 3 and 5, and girls ages 3 and 7.

The Children’s Blessing Service prays for the health and well-being of all children.

Those who register for the Shichi-Go-San Prayer service will receive a talisman (omamori) for good health and chitose ame (thousand-year candy), a symbol of long life. Photographs may be taken by families after the service.

The registration fee is $35.00 per child for members, and $40 for non-members. The registration deadline is one week before the service.
