We train every Saturday with few exceptions, at the Koyasan Temple at 14th and U Streets in Sacramento. Class goes from 10am to noon. If you can, please get in touch with the contact form below to let us know you plan to join.

All styles and skill levels are welcome, whether you’re a complete beginner or yudansha from another school. If you don’t have a dougi (uniform), we recommend you wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in.

• Entering and exiting the Dojo – please bow before entering or exiting the Dojo.

• Entering when class has already started – please wait for Sensei to acknowledge your presence, then bow together with Sensei.

• Leaving class early – please notify Sensei you must leave early, when the time arrives; please wait for Sensei to acknownledge your presence, then bow together with Sensei.

• Methods or Techniques from disciplines outside of the class – welcomed, but please wait for Sensei’s offer for this technique (draft …. under contruction S.N.)
