Description

The Northern California Koyasan Temple will be observing its next Obon Memorial Service and Segaki Ritual at the Temple on July 20th, 2025. During the service, a commemoration honoring the memory of your departed loved ones will be held.

Please list the name(s) of your departed loved ones you wish to commemorate. You can specify a custom donation amount (optional) and pay at checkout. Please note, you must complete the checkout process to complete the submission of this form.
