We warmly invite you to join us for the Northern California Koyasan Temple’s Eitaikyo Memorial Service on Sunday, October 19, 2025 at 1:30 pm.
The Eitaikyo Memorial Service is a time to honor and transfer merit to deceased loved ones, ancestors, and all beings who have passed away. The Eitaikyo service gives us a chance to express gratitude to our ancestors and loved ones, and to reaffirm faith in the Buddha’s teachings. It’s also a time to reflect on the interconnectedness of all life, recognizing that our lives are supported by countless others, past and present.
This observance will take place at our temple. For those who cannot attend in person, we are pleased to offer the service via Zoom at ensuring that everyone in our community can participate.
